Alumni Relations Spotlight

Hardin-Simmons University presented May and August graduates with their Official HSU Ring at the Ring Ceremony on April 4 and 5. During the ceremony, the presenters told the soon-to-be alumni about how every part of the ring symbolized something about Hardin-Simmons, reminding them of the rich heritage and tradition of their alma mater. Dr. Hall personally presented the rings to each graduate in attendance. After receiving their ring, each student rang the bell, which symbolizes the one in the middle of campus and signed the ring ceremony book. Students are looking forward to graduation, when they can finally turn that ring around and proudly proclaim that they are graduates of Hardin-Simmons University.
